Meet The Team

Pat Robinson, DDS - Staff Dentist

Dr. Pat Robinson is a staff dentist at Disability Dental where he performs general dentistry.

Dr. Robinson brings 33 years of experience to Disability Dental to which he has been working with since 2009. He finds it satisfying to work toward providing an under serviced need in dentistry and enjoys working with the unique and special patients at Disability Dental.

Dr. Robinson lives in Arlington, TX where he tends to his garden in his spare time. He enjoys cars.

Glynn Solomon, DDS - Staff Dentist

Dr. Glynn Solomon completed a Bachelors of Science degree in biology from Baylor University and immediately followed it earning a doctor of dental surgery degree from the Baylor College of Dentistry.  Since finishing his degree and graduating from Baylor College of Dentistry, he has completed over 675 hours of continuing education and is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Solomon has over 25 years of experience as a dentist and has been working at Disability Dental since 2009.  He fins working at Disability Dental to be very fulfilling and rewarding.  He feels that the clinic provides an ideal environment for special needs patients and is very proud to be a part of their dental health.

Dr. Solomon spends his leisure time in Coppell, Texas with his wife, Carrie and their two sons.  An avid baseball enthusiast, he enjoys collecting sports memorabilia and is especially fond of watching his sons play baseball.  He also enjoys hunting with his entire family.

Ann Hale - Office Manager

Ann has been working at Disability Dental since its opening in 2007.  As Office Manager, she handles the supervision of the employees and clerical duties including: accounting, billing, insurance, payroll and other miscellaneous tasks.

For Ann, everyday at Disability Dental is new and different.  Some days our patients bring us laughter and other days they bring us tears.  Disability Dental team finds some blessing in every patient and every day.  Though self-described as “bossy”, Ann loves her fellow workers and tries to make every day enjoyable.

Ann currently resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband of 39 years.  They have two adult boys, two wonderful daughters-in-law and one precious grandson!! She spends her free time reading, traveling to warm, sandy beaches and of course, playing with her grandson.

Tonya Fletcher - Administrative Assistant

Tonya Fletcher is a Registered Dental Assistant, a Certified Pharmacy Technician and is CPR and nitrous oxide certified.  As an Administrative Assistant, she is in charge of recording and up-dating patient information as well as scheduling their appointments.

Tonya has worked in the dental field for over 5 years and at Disability Dental since 2008.  She finds her job and the patients to be very rewarding; she feels blessed to work with the unique and special patients and is proud to provide them with the optimal dental health care they deserve.

Tonya resides in Midlothian, Texas and enjoys spending free time with her husband and son doing various outdoor activities.  The entire family is very involved with the Cowboy Church of Ellis County, where Tonya sings in the band.  Besides singing, Tonya enjoys reading and lounging on a warm beach.

Ashley Burden - Lead Dental Assistant

Ashley Burden is a Registered Dental Assistant with CPR and nitrous oxide training certifications.  In her capacity as Lead Dental Assistant, she handles supervision of the laboratory and laboratory equipment.  She is also responsible for general patient care.

Ashley has 6 years of experience as a dental assistant.  She started with Disability Dental in 2008.  She finds the most satisfying aspect of her job is ensuring the unique and special patients receive the care and attention they need.

Ashley calls Midlothian, Texas “home”.  She is married with two boys.  The family enjoys spending their free time together having fun and doing family activities.  Ashley enjoys spending her personal time just relaxing.

Justin Ford - Registered Dental Assistant

Justin Ford is a Registered Dental Assistant with CPR training.  As a dental assistant, he is chair-side aiding the dentist during the patient’s appointment.

A newcomer in the dental field, Justin started at Disability Dental in April, 2012.  He loves to make a better smile for his patients and enjoys his time spent with coworkers.  He is determined and adamant about being the best at what he does.

Justin resides in Mesquite, Texas with his wife and son.  He enjoys drawing, reading and is currently learning to play the guitar.

Penny Venegas – Administrative Assistant

As an administrative assistant with our office, Penny is responsible for answering and directing all phone calls, gathering and assimilating all health history information for patients, and completing new patient interviews.

She joined our team in 2013, bringing 31 years of office experience with her. She loves working with a friendly team whose primary focus is on serving the special needs community.

Penny lives in Arlington. She has been married to her high school sweetheart since 1977. They have three adult sons and two daughters-in-law. She particularly enjoys spending time with family and working in the yard and garden. Penny is actively involved in her church and mission activities.
