Tonya has been in the dental field for close to two decades, and she says that her favorite part of her job is the people—both our patients as well as her fellow team members! Being able to work with the special needs community is incredibly rewarding, and she enjoys being able to provide care that you can’t find at just any dental office. She attended Labette County Community College and the Concord Career College. She worked as a certified pharmacy technician before earning her license as a registered dental assistant. She is also nitrous oxide certified. Tonya is married to a retired police officer, and they have an amazing son together—who works in emergency medical services. Her hobbies include reading, going to thrift shops, shooting with her guns or bow, serving at her Church, and being with her family. One fun fact: she was able to go to a recording studio once to record a gospel CD!

Brady Ford is the Operations Manager at Disability Dental Services, bringing a strong background in leadership, operations, and team development to the practice. With early exposure to the dental field through his family and over 15 years of experience in management and recruiting, Brady is passionate about building effective teams and supporting organizational growth. He also brings valuable clinical experience from his time working as an OR tech in the surgical department at John Peter Smith Hospital. A graduate of The Art Institute of Dallas and a new addition to the Disability Dental Services team, Brady is excited to work alongside a group of dedicated professionals. Originally from Arlington, Texas, Brady enjoys spending time with his grown children and grandchildren, being outdoors, attending live concerts, and pursuing interests such as frisbee golf, Bible study, and botany.

Ashley has worked at Disability Dental Services since 2008, and she says that her favorite thing about her job is getting to see the direct positive impact of her efforts by the look on her patient’s faces. Being able to see how grateful and happy patients feel after their treatments is very rewarding for her. A native of Midlothian, TX, she studied at Concorde Career College to become certified in nitrous oxide as well as to become a registered dental assistant. After some time, she was able to work her way up to the front desk as our recall coordinator and billing coordinator. At home, Ashley is married to the love of her life, and together they have two sons. If the family isn’t at the soccer field, you’ll usually find them camping or lying out by the pool. Her son also plays soccer and runs cross country, so they enjoy supporting him every chance they get.

Laura entered the dental field right after high school, initially sterilizing equipment. It wasn’t long before she obtain her dental assistant license at the Baylor College of Dentistry. Two decades later, she continues to love interacting with her patients. Giving them a warm welcome when they enter our office never gets old! With five children (including twins), life outside the office is never dull. Some of her favorite things to do in her free time are cheering on her son at his baseball games, watching Cowboys and Texas Ranger games, and watching Lifetime movies.

Sandy joined our team in October 2024, and she’s been loving her experience at our office. The best thing about her job is that she’s the first one to see and talk to the patients along with their families. She also likes to be one of the first to pick up the phone and answer any questions that patients have if possible, and she loves that everyone on the team treats each other like family. A native of Grand Prairie, Sandy is very close to her loved ones and spends almost every weekend with them. Other than hanging out with her family, she enjoys shopping, cooking new recipes, trying new things, and visiting Mexico whenever she can. Her favorite food is tacos—she can eat them every day without getting tired of them!

Janelle is originally from Arlington! She attended Dallas Medical and Dental School before becoming a dental assistant in 2018. Since joining our team, she has loved working alongside an amazing team and getting to see each patient get the wonderful care they deserve. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. Here’s something you may not know about her: she likes eating her French fries with mayo.

A graduate of Concorde Career College, Mandi says that she loves being able to bring the sparkle to a patient’s smile. She’s had a fascination with teeth since an early age, so she couldn’t be happier in her current position! Most of her free time is dedicated to her teenage daughter, and her biggest hobby is crafting. She makes a lot of shirts, wreaths, bows, and more. Just like our patients, she wants everything she makes to SPARKLE.

Anthony Van Cura is a Dental Assistant at Disability Dental Services who brings compassion and dedication to every patient interaction. A graduate of Concorde Career College, Anthony has one year of experience in the dental field and has been with the practice for 90 days, where he quickly made a positive impact through his patient-first approach. He enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and helping make each visit a comfortable experience. Anthony lives in North Richland Hills with his wife, son, and daughter, and outside of the office he enjoys attending Disciples Only Bible Church, spending quality time with his family, and going on dates with his wife. He also proudly served 10 years in the military, an experience that shaped his strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and service.
Brittany Constantino is a Dental Assistant at Disability Dental Services in Grand Prairie, Texas, where she has been serving patients for the past year. A graduate of Concorde Career College, Brittany is a Certified Dental Assistant and CPR certified. She is especially passionate about working with disabled patients and takes pride in helping ensure they receive the right treatment in a compassionate, comfortable setting.
Born and raised in Grand Prairie, Brittany values caring for the community she calls home. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys attending church, going to the gym, and spending time with her family and friends. She comes from a family of seven with four siblings and is the middle child. A fun fact about Brittany is that she knows how to play the flute.
